- Mr. Keith Brainard, NASRA
"Past, present and future: public pension funds in the United States"- Keith Brainard is the Research Director for the National Association of State Retirement Administrators (NASRA). Mr. Brainard collects, prepares and distributes to NASRA members news, studies and reports pertinent to public retirement system administration and policy. Mr. Brainard also maintains the Public Fund Survey, an online compendium of public pension data sponsored jointly by NASRA and the National Council on Teacher Retirement. Mr. Brainard previously served as manager of budget and planning for the Arizona State Retirement System. Mr. Brainard holds a Masters from the LBJ School of Public Affairs from the University of Texas at Austin.

- Dr. Caroline Frick
"Capturing Culture: The Challenges of Building a Not-for-Profit Business"- Dr. Frick is the founder and executive director of the Texas Archive of the Moving Image (TAMI). Prior to her work with TAMI, Dr. Frick worked in film preservation at Warner Bros., the Library of Congress, and the National Archives in Washington, D.C. Dr. Frick also programmed films for the American Movie Classics cable channel in New York and continues to serve on a number of film preservation advisory panels across the U.S. Dr. Frick holds a PhD in Radio-Television-Film from the University of Texas at Austin.

- Martin Brauch is Vice President of Investments for Innovative Captive Strategies, Inc. (ICS). Mr. Brauch is responsible for oversight of investments for all group captives and helping them strategically allocate their investments. Additionally, as a member of ICS, Mr. Brauch’s goals include instructing clients on the importance of value, risk and return analysis on investments. Mr. Brauch began his career working in institutional government sales and trading. He later joined Derivative Solutions, Inc. where he worked with fixed income and analytical software. Mr. Brauch is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the CFA institute. Mr. Brauch holds a Masters in Business Administration from Loyola University.

- Dr. Laurence Kotlikoff, Boston University
"Is the United States Bankrupt?"- Dr. Kotlikoff is a Professor of Economics at Boston University and has served as a consultant to the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the World Bank, the Harvard Institute for International Development, and dozens of international financial organizations. Professor Kotlikoff is author or co-author of 11 books and hundreds of professional journal articles. His most recent book, The Coming Generational Storm (MIT Press, 2004), a Barron’s Best Book of 2004, proposes bold new policies, including meaningful reforms of Social Security and Medicare. Professor Kotlikoff holds a PhD in Economics from Harvard University.

"What You Don’t Know About What You Know"- Peter Zeihan is the Director of Global Analysis and leads the development of Stratfor’s political and economic forecasts. Mr. Zeihan has been instrumental in Stratfor’s coverage of a broad range of geographic and topical areas, at times directly overseeing the firm’s efforts for Central Europe, the former Soviet Union and energy issues.
