Tactical ETF Portfolio Shift Commentary 08/01/2010

Within the all equity strategy, we sold the small cap position and added proceeds to cash. With all other strategies, we sold the small cap position and used proceeds to increase exposure to high yield and preferred stocks. These moves relate to our general desire to reduce overall equity risk in the portfolios as we believe the equity markets are likely to struggle with earnings season behind us and weaker second half growth.
