    Job purpose: Work in coordination with Regional Director to proactively market the Sage investment strategies to financial advisors in a designated territory. This independent, results-oriented individual must have a strong working knowledge of financial products, as well as established business development and territory management skills.

    Position Requirements: • Ability to plan, prioritize and manage opportunities according to an agreed-upon territory development strategy • Apply a consultative sales approach across multiple financial advisory channels, using knowledge of the firm’s investment disciplines and process to develop and maximize advisor relationships • Utilize excellent oral and written communication skills to proactively engage new prospects via telephone, email and industry conferences • Capable of contributing in a highly results-focused team environment

    Position Responsibilities: • Make a targeted number of scheduled calls and emails each day • Work in concert with Regional Director to identify prospective clients, prepare presentations, and follow-up on client contacts to win new business • Assist Regional Director with scheduling meetings with advisors when needed • Assist with literature, hypotheticals and proposal requests • Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM

    Preferred Education and Experience: • BS or BA degree is required (business admin., marketing or finance majors preferred). • FINRA Series 65 completion required within 90 days of hire date • 1-2 years prior financial marketing/sales experience, working with financial advisors preferred • Understanding of fixed income and ETF investment products preferred • Knowledge of CRM applications and proficiency in Microsoft Office is required

  • Fixed Income Trading Associate

    Job purpose: Seeking a candidate to assist the fixed income portfolio management team in implementing the firm’s investment strategy. Trading associate will work with PM’s on both systematic and tactical trade generation and execution. Candidate will become familiar with the firm’s trade order management system, maintain multiple portfolio allocation models, participate in trade order generation, assist with order flow for electronic trade execution, review compliance monitoring reports, and interact with trading operations team. Ideal candidate will flourish in a dynamic, time sensitive, team-oriented environment.

    Position Requirements:
    • Undergraduate Degree
    • 2-3 years of Financial Services experience
    • CFA of CFA candidate required
    • Programming skills such as Python or VBA.
