Giovanna serves as Sage’s Office Coordinator. She has over a decade of experience in customer service, serving as a Lead Retention Specialist in the IT sector prior to starting at Sage. Giovanna completed the Private Pilots program at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University where she majored in Aeronautical Science. She is part of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee at Sage. Outside of work, Giovanna loves spending time exploring her hometown of Austin, traveling to different countries, and booking excursions all over the world.
